Choctaw Area Chamber of Commerce members welcomed HealthCARE Express to Choctaw Monday, Aug. 15 with a groundbreaking ceremony.
With much success in their Midwest City location, HealthCARE Express is excited to open a second location this December.
“We’re looking at a 100 to 120 day build time,” said co-owner Jeremy Lamb at the recent groundbreaking. “We hope to open this facility, which will look exactly like our Midwest City facility, in early December.”
Located west of the recently completed Taco Bell on NE 23rd Street, HealthCARE Express Choctaw is the most recent addition to the Markets at Choctaw development that is expected to see several new businesses open before 2017.
“We’re not getting in on the ground floor, but we’re getting in early,” said Lamb. “Choctaw has already grown a lot in recent years, and we believe that’s just the beginning. This is a great community for us. We already have 10 to 15 walk ins from the Choctaw area a day in Midwest City.

HealthCARE Express practices urgent care designed with people in mind and is determined to give each person that comes through the door a “WOWZA” customer service experience. This means getting a compassionate smile with coffee or water when guests walk into the clinic.
Staff members say visitors will enjoy shorter wait times plus a provider that takes the time to listen to concerns and still gets clients out the door in a timely manner.
Beyond true urgent care, HealthCARE Express will offer new conveniences to are businesses, schools and organizations with walk-in physicals and tests.
Their occupational medicine platform offers walk-in DOT physicals, pre-employment physicals, random drug screens, workers compensation and DNA testing.
“Convenience for the employer is the ultimate goal and HealthCARE Express strives to keep wait times to a minimum and re-route your employees back to work as quickly as possible,” explained Lamb.
In addition to the above services they will also have a health and wellness coach as well as an allergy specialist on site in order to better serve customer needs.
Hours for both HealthCARE Express clinics will be weekdays 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
