“The health and safety of our team members and guests is our top priority. We have strict and rigorous disinfection processes and health protocols in our restaurants, including health checks prior to each shift and all team members are required to wear masks while working. Two team members who last worked on July 7 and July 8 have tested positive for COVID-19 and are in self-quarantine. Out of an abundance of caution, we immediately closed the restaurant on July 8 to conduct a deep cleaning and disinfection in alignment with guidance from the local health department. We’ve also notified all team members who may have been exposed, to monitor themselves for symptoms and be tested. The restaurant is opening today for To Go only, and we hope to open the dining room soon,” said Maria Yusafi, Operations Leader, Louisiana Apple, an Applebee’s franchisee
