Local business owners Chad and Christy Wimer have the perfect place for eastern Oklahoma County residents to go the next time they’re feeling a little stir-crazy.

Following the success of the coffee shop, The Simple Brew, the couple has officially opened their second business venture along Harrah Road.

The Harrah Chamber of Commerce recently gathered with community leaders for a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating Harrah’s new social club, Stir at The Simple Brew.

Designed to offer a speakeasy style feel and relaxing atmosphere, the business recently had a soft opening.

Things went smoothly as the community welcomed the new option, and now word is out about the excellent customer service, specialty cocktails, craft beer and fine wine selection.

Stir features a regular lineup of Oklahoma local craft beers, and also offers a wide selection of specialty cocktails highlighting mixology, craftsmanship and quality ingredients.

“We’re excited to offer a nice atmosphere, high quality cocktails and some great locally brewed beers,” said U.S. Air Force veteran and female entrepreneur, Christy Wimer. “We feel like the Italian and French do a great job with wine so we’ll have some of those nice wines as well.”

The Stir is located at 251 S. Harrah Rd. in suite 108, directly north of the locally owned and operated coffee shop, The Simple Brew.

The Stir is open 4 p.m. to midnight Tuesday to Thursday and 11 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday.
