The largest commercial development in Oklahoma City is poised for exponential growth along Mustang Road and the Kilpatrick Turnpike.

The 300-acre development is underway now with big plans for restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, business offices, retail shopping centers, major box stores, apartments, medical facilities and much more.

“We just closed on Starbucks for a pad site immediately north of Wendy’s. Signs will be going up soon. We are going to be working on some major deals on all of that property,” said Hayes Brokerage President Don Hayes.

Mustang Creek Crossing is the largest zoned commercial industrial development in the Oklahoma City area. It includes property on both sides of the Kilpatrick Turnpike between SW 15th St. and I-40.

“I don’t know of any other property that’s as big as this. This one is ripe because of the housing and the school district. The location and outlook is excellent. That area is growing by leaps and bounds. That whole area is being sought after because of the completion of that Kilpatrick Tollway that connects it up to everywhere,” said Hayes.

The market conditions are now back and looking great after COVID-19 slowed down development. Businesses are wanting to grow and people are ready to do things again.

“The market conditions are really robust right now. I’ve never seen a January and February that is this active. It’s the most activity that I’ve seen in my 43 years of commercial real estate,” said Hayes.

Developers are currently looking for some nice sit down restaurants that serve alcohol. They are looking for medium to upscale eateries.

“We’re looking for restaurants that we can position around our ponds and that will be highly visible from the Kilpatrick Tollway,” said Hayes.

Mustang Creek Crossing is currently home to Wendy’s, OnCue and Okie Express Auto Wash. For information about pre-leasing and sales call 405-417-5263.

Think outside of the box on your restaurant choices. Be nice to have something different other than all the usual stuff already available 👍

      Hi Brian –
Our family owns the Mustang Creek Crossing and I recently took over as agent on this property as well as the many others we own. I will be working to attract some new and different tenants. We are hoping to establish an “entertainment district” within MCC. These things take time but in the works! If you have any recommendations or contacts, let me know! I can be reached at 405.641.5302
