Del City is getting a new, fresh fast food restaurant.
Salad and Go will be setting up shop at the site of the former Del City Chamber of Commerce office near SE 15th St. and S. Sooner Rd.
Salad and Go is a healthy take on fast food. The restaurant offers a variety of “clean” menu options at an affordable price. The Salad and Go spread includes a selection of customizable salads, wraps, breakfast burritos, lemonades, house-brewed coffee, and teas.
“Salad and Go is on a mission to make fresh, nutritious food affordable and convenient for all. This location allows Salad and Go one step closer to achieving that mission and the brand is so excited to be serving the local community,” according to a company spokesperson.
Management for this new location has not yet been announced.
The former Del City Chamber building is set to close on Aug. 15. The office is scheduled to be demolished on that following Friday.
Salad and Go is predicted to open around Christmas time. The restaurant chain also has two other locations that are currently under construction in Oklahoma City.
