Business boom not slowing down in Mustang

Mustang continues to grow and a couple new businesses announced that they will open up shop in the city.

Floral Concepts, a make-and-take retail and floral and craft store will be located in the Pebble Creek Plaza at 429 E. State Highway 152, Suite 107. JM Insurance Agency is opening a location at 104 S. Castle Rock Lane.

Southern Sass Salon, a full-service salon, has opened at 136 W. State Highway 152 and Excel Therapy Specialists has opened at 549 N. Mustang Road.
Other business projects are currently underway.

The Homeland/Cash Saver Plus remodel project continues as work is now being done to the west end of the building to include several pad sites. The grocery store remains open during the renovation.

The walls are going up on a new Hibdon Tires Plus at 135 N. Mustang Road as the contractors have poured the foundation of the building and the block walls are now rising up.

Work also continues on a new restaurant in the city.

Zaxby’s will be built just east of IHOP on E. State Highway 152 and workers are preparing to pour the slab this week. Underground plumbing and electric systems have already been installed.

Lastly, Vital Systems Headquarters are in the framing stage on a 9,660 square-foot warehouse/office at 1216 E. Highline Drive in Cedar Springs park.
