Neighborhood Jam and Pub W coming to West OKC
Czech Hall Marketplace, located off Interstate 40, at North Czech Hall Road, in Oklahoma City, is growing with several new additions including a Pub W and Neighborhood Jam restaurant.
“We will have our Pub W and our Neighborhood Jam there,” said David Brauckmann, Chief Financial Officer with Hal Smith Restaurants. “We hope to be underway here by the second or third quarter. It will probably be a late 2022 or first quarter 2023 opening for both of those.”
Brauckmann said the Pub W will be a 5,000-square foot location, while the Neighborhood Jam will be 4,000-square feet in size. Both will employ between 50 and 60 people.
Pub W is a bar/pub with a casual dining menu.
“It is a great environment,” Brauckmann said. “It is great for viewing sporting events and gathering together with family and friends.”
Neighborhood Jam is a breakfast/lunch concept restaurant.
“Brunch is big in the world we live in today, and it gives people a chance to have brunch every day,” he said. “It is an open-air and fun environment. We also feature a bar in the restaurant, and it has worked really well here in Oklahoma.”
Czech Hall Marketplace services both Oklahoma City residents and the Yukon area. Directly adjacent to the existing Academy Sports + Outdoors, ULTA, Rack Room Shoes, Marshall’s, ROSS, 5 Below, Cheddar’s, Hooter’s, Whataburger, & Longhorn Steakhouse, Czech Hall Marketplace offers a vast array of choices for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Brauckmann said they had been looking to add a Pub W and Neighborhood Jam at the Czech Marketplace for several years.
“The demographics work for both of those concepts,” he said. “We had looked at that area for a couple of years, and this opportunity came up for that particular parcel to configure it with two stores in one building. It was time for us to get there. We are really excited about the opportunity out there. The area is growing and we are excited to be a part of it.”
What will this do to business (Neighborhood Jam specifically) on Sundays since Canadian County doesn’t allow you to serve alcohol before 2PM. That’s the best part of brunch if you ask me.
I love having bloody Mary’s at brunch. Alcohol is better with brunch
I was curious when you’re opening up your location in Yukon Oklahoma?
when will applications open up for either restaurant?
