It’s getting even “bettah” in Midwest City as Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style prepares to open the doors on its newest location.
The authentic Hawiian style restaurant located at 5815 SE 15th St. will open for business at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20. To celebrate, the Mo’ Bettahs team will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on opening day.
“We’ve been privileged to bring a taste of Hawaii to the Sooner State over the years, and we’re incredibly grateful that Oklahomans want even mo’ of our signature cuisine,” said CEO Rob Ertmann. “Our goal is to provide the community with a place where they can truly feel a part of the ohana, and we look forward to bringing that aloha spirit to Midwest City.”
This will be the company’s fourth location in Oklahoma.
Mo’ Bettahs immerses its guests in the island culture by serving authentic Hawaiian-style food, using only the finest ingredients. Guests can enjoy Hawaiian staples like the renowned plate lunch that comes with a choice of meat – grilled teriyaki chicken or steak, kalua pig, pulehu chicken, katsu chicken or shrimp tempura – along with the brand’s one-of-a-kind macaroni salad and steamed rice.
Mo’ Bettahs was founded in Bountiful, Utah in 2008 by Kimo and Kalani Mack with a goal of providing guests with an authentic Hawaiian island barbeque experience, just like they enjoyed while growing up in Oahu, Hawaii.
Mo’ Bettahs serves the plate lunch with an authentic Hawaiian experience. Since partnering with Savory Restaurant Fund, Mo’ Bettahs has grown to 34 locations in Idaho, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah. Mo’ Bettahs has plans to spread the aloha spirit to more communities through continued expansion in the coming months and years. Mo’ Bettahs offers dine-in, takeout and catering.
