A second person has been arrested in connection with a shooting last month at a Del City High School basketball game.

Joshua Gresham, 20, was arrested by Oklahoma City police Feb. 6 on a warrant. He is facing charges for discharging a weapon into a dwelling or public place, and possession of a weapon on school property.

Chazz Doolin, 18, is facing the same charges for his alleged involvement in the Jan. 17 shooting.

The two suspects allegedly got into a fight at the conclusion of the Del City and Millwood boys basketball game. Police said Doolin fired two shots inside the lobby of the John Smith Fieldhouse. The two exchanged gunfire in the parking lot.

Gresham was shot during the incident and was treated at a hospital.

Doolin, who is a student at Millwood High School, was arrested Jan. 18 for possession of a firearm on school property and minor (under 21) in possession of a firearm. He was later released on bond.

Del City police said they initially arrested Doolin for shooting with intent to kill but the District Attorney’s office amended the charge. The charges were again amended to discharging a weapon into a dwelling or public place, and possession of a weapon on school property.

Warrants for Doolin and Gresham were issued on Feb. 3.

Gresham was arrested Feb. 6 and arraigned the next day. He pleaded not guilty and is being held in the Oklahoma County Jail.

Gresham was also charged numerous other offenses including receiving/concealing stolen property, possession of lost property and pattern of criminal offenses. He also faces a charge of accessory to murder in a different case.

Doolin has not been arrested, as of Friday afternoon.
