Del City volleyball beats Seminole on senior night
The Del City volleyball team celebrated senior night Sept. 12 with a 3-1 win over Seminole. The seniors were recognized with their families before the game. They included: Ayah Hammoud, Annette Cox, Jasmyn Thorne, Jolie Pittman, Anayah Casby, and Jay Vaughn.

Del City’s volleyball team honored their seniors last week with a win over Seminole.
The Lady Eagles topped the Chieftains 3-1 (25-14, 21-25, 25-19, 25-17). during a senior night volleyball match on Sept. 12.
“They played really well,” said coach Aspen Healy after the match. “Our libero Anayah Casby played lights out. All of our seniors stepped up and got the job done.”
The senior players along with their families were introduced before the match. The seniors included Ayah Hammoud, Annette Cox, Jasmyn Thorne, Jolie Pittman, Anayah Casby, and Jay Vaughn.
Del City lost to Lawton 3-0 Thursday night at home.
The team was scheduled to play at Casady on Monday and El Reno and Midwest City next week.
