Mathis Outlet celebrated the grand re-opening of its Midwest City location last month, with a high-energy community event featuring hourly giveaways, a live DJ, free Kona Ice snow cones and a grand prize drawing for two NBA Finals tickets.

The rebrand brings new life to the community with a fresh focus on style and savings, true to the outlet’s promise of fresh looks and low prices.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Thursday, June 5, in partnership with the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce. Chamber President Shaina Bennett joined Mathis Home CEO Rit Mathis and

Store Manager Toby Martinez, along with community leaders and chamber members, to officially mark the occasion.

Martinez, a proud veteran and longtime Midwest City resident, shared:

“We’re excited to reintroduce Mathis Outlet to the community I know and love. This rebrand allows us to better meet the needs of our neighbors with unbeatable value and a refreshed shopping experience.”

Mathis Outlet is part of Mathis Home, one of the largest independent furniture retailers in America. Founded in 1960 by brothers Don and Bud Mathis, the company revolutionized the industry by offering customers everyday low prices.

Now in its third generation of family leadership, Mathis remains committed to its mission: to be a one-stop destination for quality furnishings at the lowest prices, while enriching the lives of its employees and the communities it serves.

The new location is 7271 SE 29th St, Midwest City, in the Midwest City Town Center Plaza between Target and Best Buy. Hours are Monday – Saturday 10am-8pm and Sunday 11am-7pm.
