Tumble Stars Gymnastics excels at largest AAU Gymnastics National Championships in history

The Tumble Stars Gymnastics Team delivered an outstanding performance at the 2026 AAU Gymnastics National Championships held in June in Knoxville, Tennessee, bringing home national titles, dozens of podium finishes, and earning national recognition while competing at the largest AAU Gymnastics National Championships in history.

Twenty-nine Tumble Stars gymnasts represented Team Oklahoma, competing against more than d3,500 athletes from across the country over four days of competition. Their dedication and hard work resulted in an incredible week of success, including:
• 1 All-Around National Champion
• 7 Individual Event National titles
• 19 National Runner-Up finishes
• 15 Bronze Medal finishes
• 10 AAU Junior Olympic Games qualifiers
• 1 Perfect 10.0 score

Elliott Ketron captured the All-Around National Championship and also earned the National Championship on vault with a perfect 10.0, the highest score possible in gymnastics.

• Breyona Drake – Vault
• Landry Miller – Balance Beam
• Maddie Byrne – Floor Exercise
• Charlie Chairez – Floor Exercise and Balance Beam
• Victoria Gomez – Uneven Bars

Ten Tumble Stars gymnasts earned spots on the AAU Junior Olympic Team and qualified to compete in the AAU Junior Olympic Games: Victoria Gomez, Elliott Ketron, Ayla Roberts, Triniti Smith, Breyona Drake, Maddie Byrne, Taylor Tye, Lillian Carter, Landry Miller, and Harper Peters.

In addition to the national titles, the team celebrated countless personal best performances throughout the week, a testament to the athletes’ commitment and determination throughout the season.

“Our coaching staff is beyond proud of this team and these girls,” said Tumble Stars coach Rebekah Morales. “Our motto this year was ‘Finish Well,’ and they each went out and truly finished the year well. So many of our girls achieved personal best performances and scores, and watching them accomplish goals they had worked so hard for made this an unforgettable week.”
