Chick-fil-A at SE 29th St. and Town Center reopened this morning following a $2.2 million remodeling project.
The restaurant, 7331 SE 29th St., upgraded the drive-thru, adding canopies on both sides. They updated the kitchen to make it more efficient and improved the dining area, according to a company spokesperson.
Construction started Aug. 10 and kept the store closed for more than three months.
Chick-fil-A opened its Town Center location in 2007. The store was expanded in 2015 and remodeled in 2019, according to online county property records.
The company added a second location at 5705 SE 15th St. in 2020.
