Level Up Sports and Best Boat & RV Storage providing two much-needed services in Tuttle
A Tuttle citizen for the last 11 years, Brodey Davis opened two businesses in Tuttle just before the start of 2024.
Level Up Sports is a 4,200-square-foot athletic training facility that includes a batting area as well as a court that can be used for basketball and/or volleyball training sessions. The training facility does include heat and air.
Davis said, “I’ve got the divider curtains where it’ll divvy up into four lanes, or you can push them all to the wall and open up that entire space for speed and agility and all that good stuff.”
Davis’s second business is a Boat & RV Storage yard with a secured fence. A covered 12-foot-by-25-foot space is $90 per month, a covered 12-foot-by-50-foot space is $180 per month, and an uncovered space is $75 a month.
Both are located at 1736 County Road 1210, about two miles south of Tuttle High School.
Davis was working in the oilfield when he realized there was a demand in the area for both businesses. That’s when Davis downsized his cattle operation, and put his money into providing two services he knew the town, and surrounding communities, needed.

“I’ve got two kids,” Davis said. “One’s 14 and one’s 11, and they both play sports, basketball and baseball, and their teams were having problems finding facilities for practice during the season. That’s really what spawned the idea and I just went with it.”
Davis said Level up is still catching on, but has already been pretty busy.
“I’ve advertised about everywhere I could,” he said, “social media and papers and people are still finding out about it. As people have been finding out about it, I’ve become busier. There’s definitely a need for indoor batting facilities and an additional basketball court in the Tuttle area. It’s definitely been picking up and it’s been busy.”
Tuttle has a strong sports tradition at the varsity level, and all that success is thanks to a lot of hard training. Some of the local teams have taken advantage of the opportunity that Level Up Sports provides.
Davis said, “The high school baseball boys, they’ve used the facility several times. I’ve had several Tuttle teams come in and, whether they use the court or the cages, our community jumped on it first. That was the goal for it initially was for that to be a resource in our area. Now, I’m getting people from Oklahoma City and Norman and it’s because they can’t find a basketball court open during certain times of the week, so they’re coming all the way out here to practice.”
The Boat and RV storage is about 7,000 square feet.
“In addition to the sports facility,” Davis said, “I wanted to do one more business, just something that the community needed. There was a shortage in the area for bigger RV storage units and for bigger boats. There’s not a lot there. I’m actually the only RV storage in Tuttle right now. We can accommodate up to the 50-foot RVs and some of the bigger boats. I think I’ve still got 13 spaces left. It’s kind of been the same story as Level Up. It’s been surprising how much I’ve advertised and everything and there’s still people just finding out about it. It’s got an electric security fence with barbed wire on top and an electric code gate.”
Davis said of Tuttle, “It’s thriving. It’s one of the fastest-growing towns right now around the Oklahoma City area. It’s doing well. Everybody’s really competitive in sports and it works out good to have Level Up there in place.”
