Mid-Del Schools to host teacher job fair Feb. 6

Mid-Del School District is having a job fair for teachers.
The Mid-Del Schools Teacher Job Fair is at 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 6 at the Mid-Del Administrative Offices, 7217 SE 15th St. in Midwest City.
Attendees can meet with principals and administrators, tour select campuses and get to know members of the Mid-Del team.
The district is hiring for all grade level and subjects, including special education. Recent or upcoming college graduates, current teachers looking for a new school district, or professionals looking for a career change are encouraged to attend.
Starting salary for a new teacher is $41,500 base pay plus insurance benefits and retirement contributions for certified teachers.
Candidates are encouraged to bring resumes.

I recently moved from Colorado to Oklahoma. I am a licensed counselor and have worked in both private and public schools in Colorado. My experience has been with all ages, from kindergarten through high school. I’d be interested in attending, under the assumption there may be counselor positions advertised ?
