Thursday Night Lights this week for Tigers

Quick change of plans for the Tigers this week as the forecast does not look pretty. According to the Oklahoma Mesonet, Tuttle has a high likelihood of rain and possibility for severe weather on Friday. Thursday isn’t going to be perfect for picnics either, but it is football weather.

The Tigers will go to Blanchard tomorrow for a 7 p.m. rivalry-game kickoff.

The Tigers are undefeated at 7-0, averaging 55.4 points this season, more than any other team in 4A. All while allowing an average of 3.7 points per game, the least in 4A.

“Rivalry games, you can throw the records out the window,” Ballard said. “I expect them to be on point and ready to go. We have to prepare the same every week, no matter who we’re playing. There are a lot of things we think we can do better, and it’s a constant battle to try to improve every week.”
