Altitude 1291 to host free “Spooktacular” Halloween event Saturday, Oct. 25

Altitude 1291 will host its annual Spooktacular on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 3–6 p.m. at its entertainment center, 6235 SE 15th St. The event is free and open to families from Midwest City and surrounding communities.

Spooktacular has quickly become one of the metro’s largest family Halloween events. In 2024, more than 1,000 guests attended, and organizers expect an even bigger turnout this year. The event brings together Altitude 1291, local businesses, schools, and nonprofits to give back to the community in a fun, family-friendly way.

Attractions and activities for 2025 include:

Bounce houses and carnival rides
Pony rides, sponsored by the Midwest City Rotary Club
Dunk tank
Haunted Laser Tag, supported by local Interact Club volunteers
Trick-or-Treat stations hosted by local partners
Live performances from both School of Rock campuses
Character photo opportunities for kids
Touch-a-Truck showcase, featuring confirmed vehicles from the Midwest City Police Department, Fire Department, and SSM Ambulance, with additional participants such as construction equipment, big rigs, tow trucks, hot rods, and custom cars actively being sought

“Spooktacular is more than just a Halloween party,” said Travis Meek, Corporate Sales & Event Manager at Altitude 1291. “It’s a community-wide effort. Local businesses, schools, Rotary, and nonprofits come together to create something free, fun, and memorable for families. It’s our way of serving Midwest City and showing appreciation for the people who make this community so special.”
