Lady Jackets take aim at 6A crown
Choctaw High School is headed back to the Oklahoma Secondary Activities Association Class 6A Basketball State Championship Tournament.
The Lady Yellowjackets dominated a home regional tourney to claim their seventh straight regional crown.
Choctaw advanced to the Area Championship where the Lady Jackets suffered their second loss of the year.
Choctaw (24-2) fell to 1-2 vs. Moore (21-5), 72-46.

However, the Lady Jackets rebounded to top Putnam City West, 60-53.
CHS secured runner-up at area, and punched their ticket to state.
No. 4 Choctaw faces No. 6 Tulsa Union at the Oral Roberts University Mabee Center in the opening round Thursday, at 2 p.m.
A win over Union (21-5) would setup CHS for a Friday matchup with the winner of No. 15 Ponca City (21-7) and No. 2 Deer Creek (22-4).
The state final will be Saturday at noon.
