A Harrah bank was robbed at gunpoint Friday afternoon.

Harrah police chief Marty Burns said about 3:30 p.m. July 5, a man robbed the FNB Community Bank located in Harp’s grocery store at SE 29th Street and Harrah Road.
Witnesses described the suspect as a black man standing about 6-foot tall.
The suspect was driving a white 4-door Hyundai sedan, and security footage allowed investigators to get that vehicle’s tag (KVE869).

“The Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office will be contacting the residence where that vehicle is registered, and the FBI will be involved,” said Burns. “The tellers were pretty shaken up by the situation, and we’re waiting on the bank to determine how much was taken.”
